Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) machines at customer locations.
Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.
Perform refrigerant charging, vacuuming, leak testing, brazing, and refrigeration system troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans, expansion devices, valves, sensors, pumps, and electrical components.
Attend breakdown and preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare service reports and maintain records of customer complaints and resolutions.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams for complex field issues.
Ensure machines operate safely and efficiently after service and commissioning.
Provide technical guidance to customers/operators when required.
Willingness to travel to customer locations is required.
Daily Remote Reporting to the Manager.

Bike, Valid Driving License, and Safety PPE Kit are Mandatory.
