Supervise workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
Read drawings, plans, and work schedules; assign tasks accordingly.
Monitor workmanship and ensure work meets quality standards.
Enforce site safety rules, use of PPE, and protected working practices.
Check materials, tools, and equipment availability and usage.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, project managers, suppliers, and clients.
Track work progress against the project timeline and report delays.
Inspect completed work and arrange corrections where needed.
Maintain daily records: labour attendance, material use, progress, incidents, and site reports.
Help control waste, costs, and use of materials within budget.
Resolve routine in office issues and escalate major technical or safety problems.
Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and company procedures.
