About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment/machinery/systems at customer sites or in-house facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring equipment performs at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and configure equipment/machinery/systems at customer locations
Diagnose faults, troubleshoot technical issues, and carry out repairs efficiently
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for each visit
Order and manage spare parts/inventory required for repairs and maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and company policies during service activities
Provide technical training and guidance to customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting




Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or the design/engineering team
Travel to customer sites as required (local/regional/pan-India, depending on role)
Support sales team with technical inputs during pre-sales/post-sales customer visits

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
1–4 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance (industry-specific experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and testing equipment
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
