Job Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and mixing different materials according to site requirements.
Carry, move, load, unload, and organize materials at the work location.
Support the site supervisor and machine operators in routine activities.
Assist with general production and construction-related work as required.
Keep the assigned work area clean, organized, and free from unnecessary material.
Use basic hand tools and equipment carefully and responsibly.
Follow instructions given by supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and use the required safety equipment.
Take care of materials and avoid unnecessary wastage or damage.
Perform other site-support duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.





Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 10th standard passed.
Should be physically fit and comfortable with manual and site-related work.
Willing to work at different project/site locations when required.
Should be punctual, responsible, and disciplined.
Must be able to understand and follow basic work and safety instructions.
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, fabrication, or material handling will be an added advantage.
