Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and implement technical solutions on ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, ITSM, and Service Catalog.
Design and create workflows, administer workflow administration, and set up reports and data imports.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party software using REST, SOAP, and Table APIs.
Write scripts, business rules, UI, and data policies, and develop scope-appropriate reports.
Handle cloning, upgrades, and custom application development tasks.
Manage knowledge management, data loading through import sets, and understanding data sources and transformation maps.

Job Requirements :
Experience working with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Client Scripts.
Robust coding and customization skills, including screen tailoring, workflow administration, and report setup.
Ability to write scripts, business rules, UI, and data policies, along with REST and SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with service portals and service catalogues is desirable.
Understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles is preferred.
