Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, workflows, and catalogs.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM solutions.
Create and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
Develop Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Knowledge Management, and CMDB solutions.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, APIs, and Integration Hub.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
