ServiceNow Domain Architect

Task description The ITU Servicing department is responsible for the development and operational support of the Servicing business capabilities such as Incident and Problem management of Proximus. The main platform for this is ServiceNow.

To continue our creative and rapid-growing implementation, we are looking for a ServiceNow Domain Architect.

As ServiceNow Domain Architect, you are responsible for translating business and IT needs into a solution in ServiceNow and other connected platforms in line with OOTB capabilities and architectural guidelines.

Responsibilities
As the ServiceNow Domain Architect, you are responsible for driving the Functional and technical solution design in the ServiceNow domain
You promote ServiceNow OOTB functionalities
You work closely together with solution architects and domain specific Subject Matter Experts
You operate in an Agile context and work closely with different squads providing technical knowledge and experience
You work with portfolio stakeholders, notably the Enterprise Architect, to develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics
You participate in the Rolling Wave Planning (RWP) and Pre- and Post-PI Planning




You provide oversight throughout the whole solutioning development and foster Built-In Quality
You empower the teams to take ownership and to make local decisions allowing faster flow of work

Profile

You have a Master in IT & Telecom or equivalent through experience

Experience
You have profound experience in ServiceNow implementations, preferably in CSM or TSM
You have experience as IT architect, preferably in a Telecom context
