Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Skin Counsellor to understand clients skin concerns, explain suitable treatments, and guide them through their aesthetic journey.

Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their skin concerns and requirements.
Explain skin and aesthetic treatments, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes.
Coordinate with doctors/skin technicians to understand and communicate treatment plans.
Convert consultations into treatment bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain client records and update consultation and follow-up details.
Explain treatment packages, pricing, offers, and payment options.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.




Handle client queries and concerns professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups to improve client retention and repeat bookings.
Ensure all client communication is accurate and skilled.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in skin, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, or healthcare sales preferred.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Positive knowledge of basic skin and aesthetic treatments.
Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented.
Comfortable with achieving sales targets and handling follow-ups.
Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, CRM, and basic computer applications.
