We are hiring a Field Technical Sales Executive in Sanand.

Job Title: Field Technical Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
(Only Male Can Apply)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays and Sundays off)
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Age Limit: 23 to 35 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically sound Field Technical Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing customer relationships, delivering technical sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. This position demands a proactive approach to business development and a solid understanding of technical products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand and promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
Identify, approach, and acquire new business opportunities through field sales activities.
Build and maintain robust, long-term customer relationships.
Deliver persuasive sales presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.




Develop and implement effective sales strategies and forecasts.
Provide pre-sales consultations and post-sales technical support.
Coordinate with internal departments including technical, sales, and engineering teams.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Stay current with industry developments and competitor offerings.
Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding revenue and sales targets.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Solid technical understanding of products and services.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field.
