Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer / Lead Developer with hands-on implementation experience.
ServiceNow Now Assist experience is mandatory.
Solid understanding of AI/GenAI capabilities and AI Agents.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow development, scripting, configuration, and customization.
Experience working across the complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
Basic understanding of ServiceNow SPM modules.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
Ability to lead technical discussions and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
