We are seeking an energetic, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to lead digital content operations for a fast-paced political campaign. In this role, you will manage end-to-end production—ideating, shooting on-ground, editing high-impact videos, and publishing across platforms to build public engagement and regional reach.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and live event coverage with rapid turnaround times.
Monitor political trends, regional news cycles, and emerging social media formats to capitalize on viral prospects.
Design engaging thumbnails, visual hooks, and persuasive Telugu captions tailored for digital audiences.
Travel for on-ground shoots during public meetings, campus interactions, press conferences, and rallies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Video Editing:



Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory (working knowledge of Photoshop or After Effects is an advantage).
Language Command: Solid hold of the Telugu language (spoken, reading, and digital script nuances) is compulsory.
Production Capability: Practical ability to handle mobile/camera shooting, basic lighting, and clear audio capture independently.
Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of engagement mechanics across Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp distribution channels.
Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a high-tempo, deadline-driven campaign workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
