We are looking for a Meta Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist to manage lead-generation campaigns for premium real-estate projects in Hyderabad.
The focus is on generating qualified prospects, site visits and ultimately property sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Plan, set up and manage Meta Ads campaigns for real-estate projects.
Handle Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager independently.
Develop campaign structures, audiences, budgets and testing strategies.
Test different video creatives, images, offers, hooks and ad copies.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance.
Track CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, qualified-lead rate, site visits and conversions.
Work closely with the sales team to understand lead quality.
Identify and reduce junk, fake and low-intent leads.
Optimize campaigns based on actual business outcomes, not CPL alone.
Coordinate with the creative team and provide transparent requirements for current creatives.
Maintain campaign reports and communicate performance regularly.
Set up and manage Meta Lead Forms and relevant lead-generation workflows.
Help establish proper lead tracking from Ad → Lead → Call → Site Visit → Sale.
