Job Description:
Work independently, effectively and efficiently
Analytical testing of Basic Chemicals and Intermediates
Possess positive understanding of chemistry and reactions
Registering samples and understanding testing requirements
Preparing Test Reports
Communicating deviation against Specifications to Manager
Data Entry of results in Excel Sheet
Maintain product wise paper records
Preparing samples and COA for courier purpose
Preparing documents for courier purpose (export samples)
Minimizing errors and gaps to reduce repeat testing
Communicating reports to concern parties including internal
Tracking sample reports from customers and reporting to sales for further follow up
Attend customer complaints
Adopt SOP to minimize complaints or errors
