​The Role

Blink Brand Solutions is looking for a Social Media Executive with a strong understanding of digital content, social media platforms, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
Edit, create and publish Reels, posts and Stories across social media platforms.
Research and develop relevant, engaging and trend-led content.
Support the development and execution of influencer campaigns and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers, creators and internal teams for campaign deliverables.
Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
Track and analyse social media insights, reach, engagement and performance metrics.
Use insights to recommend improvements in content and campaign strategy.
Stay updated on social media trends, formats,



algorithms and emerging content opportunities.
Assist in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas for tourism, travel and lifestyle brands.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media/content marketing.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Good understanding of Reels, content formats, trends and social media best practices.
Experience in reading and interpreting social media insights and analytics.
Good communication, coordination and content research skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Positive knowledge of Canva and/or video editing tools.

Added Advantage
Experience working with Tourism Boards, Travel Trade, Destination Marketing Organisations, hotels, airlines or travel brands will be highly preferred.
Prior experience in influencer marketing and tourism campaigns will be an added advantage.
