Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Create scroll-worthy social content: Reels, short-form videos, product content, BTS, trends and everyday brand moments.
Take content from idea to execution: brainstorm, plan, shoot and edit content for different social platforms.
Come up with quick, fresh ideas around launches, campaigns, trends and cultural moments, and turn them into MARS-relevant content.
Shoot products, people, creators, events and office moments, and be comfortable getting in front of the camera when needed.
Have basic design and video editing skills, with hands-on knowledge of tools like Canva, InShot, VN, Edits or similar platforms.
Work closely with the social media team to manage platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels, including posting, Stories, community engagement and content planning.
Experiment with recent formats, hooks and storytelling styles to keep MARS content fresh, relevant and engaging.
