Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage our in-house social media activities and strengthen our digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, audience engagement, campaigns, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional content.
Develop and maintain weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
Shoot and edit reels, product videos, educational content, events, and behind-the-scenes videos.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, trending audio, and competitor activities.
Respond to comments, messages, enquiries, and audience interactions.
Plan and execute social media campaigns for products, events, launches, and brand awareness.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Product teams.
Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers,



views, and leads.
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend improvements.
Use AI tools for content ideas, captions, scripts, research, creative development, and video/content editing.
Support lead generation and overall brand growth through social media.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Positive communication, copywriting, and creative skills.
Hands-on experience with Canva and basic video editing tools.
Knowledge of AI tools for content creation is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
