We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Installer / Solar Installation Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, wiring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of rooftop solar systems at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Install solar panels/modules on rooftop and other sites.
Install and assemble solar mounting structures.
Perform DC and AC wiring, cable laying, and connections.
Install and connect solar inverters and related equipment.
Conduct site measurements and assist with basic site surveys.
Ensure proper alignment and installation of solar panels.
Perform testing and basic troubleshooting of solar systems.
Follow electrical and workplace safety procedures.
Coordinate with the site engineer and project team.
Travel to different client sites as required.
Maintain proper tools and installation equipment.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in solar installation or electrical work preferred.
Practical experience in rooftop solar installation.
Experience with solar panel and structure installation.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and connections.
Ability to work at heights and on rooftops.
Positive physical fitness and willingness to travel to project sites.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics is preferred.
Positive teamwork and communication skills.
Pay: ₹10,792.89 - ₹46,073.12 per month
