Senior Accounts Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive who can independently manage the end-to-end finance and accounting function of Clinics on Cloud, with strong ownership of statutory compliance, payroll and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions with complete accuracy and ensure nothing is missed.

Maintain books of accounts, invoices, payments, receivables, payables and bank reconciliations.

Handle GST, TDS, income-tax and other statutory filings within timelines.

Set up and improve accounting processes, controls and documentation.

Manage monthly payroll and accurately calculate PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), TDS and other statutory deductions.

Maintain employee financial records and understand relevant employee policies.

Manage international sales and export-related accounting,



including export invoicing, foreign currency transactions, payment realization and applicable GST/export compliance.

Prepare financial MIS and reports for management.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors and customers as required.

Candidate Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and PT.

Experience in payroll and statutory compliance.

Knowledge of international sales/export finance is preferred.

Robust Excel and accounting/ERP skills.

Highly detail-oriented, responsible and deadline-driven.

Ability to independently own the finance function with minimal supervision.

We are looking for someone who takes complete ownership of finance, maintains high accuracy and ensures every transaction and compliance is completed on time.
