Trainer Responsibilities:
Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking.
Create training programs to address skill gaps in students.
Prepare learning materials for programs.
Develop onboarding programs for recent students.
Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
Research current teaching methods.
Attend education conferences.

Trainer Requirements:
A degree in HR, education, or training.
Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify gaps in skills.
Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ready to commute on company projects immediately.
Job Location- Greater Noida, Faridabad, Moradabad, Kanpur, Lucknow etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
