Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
Source products/materials based on company requirements and customer demand.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate pricing and payment terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
Monitor product quality, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Maintain robust relationships with existing vendors and identify current sources.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, sales, and management teams for smooth procurement.
Maintain vendor databases, quotations, invoices, and other purchase documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
