Key Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Science (MBA highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Business Development experience within the foundry industry.
Specialization: Solid background in No Bake lines.
Core Responsibilities
Develop and manage strategic relationships with OEMs and the Railways to drive business growth.
Identify, approach, and onboard recent OEM customers.
Lead high-level negotiations and manage complex sales pipelines.
Location: Head Office, Hyderabad
Compensation: Up to 16 LPA
