Job Title: Purchase Manager

Department: Procurement & Supply Chain
Location: Sector 26, Gandhinagar
Reports To: Head of Operations / Director

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Source reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts for pricing, terms, and delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Collaborate with production, accounts, and logistics teams to meet procurement needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
Evaluate and improve purchasing systems, processes, and procedures.
Stay updated on market trends,



pricing, and industry best practices.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement compliance standards.
Report key metrics and performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role.
Robust negotiation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally).
Robust understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
