We are looking for a Software Development Engineer III to design and build scalable backend

services and APIs. You will work on high-impact systems that power core product experiences.

This role requires robust ownership of technical solutions, hands-on coding, and collaboration

across teams.

What You Will Do

Backend Engineering

n

a. Design, develop, and maintain services using Ruby, Java, and Go.

n

b. Architect scalable, reliable, and secure microservices and APIs.

n

c. Implement event-driven systems and asynchronous processing pipelines.

n

d. Optimize system performance, resilience, and availability.

n

Collaboration & Delivery

n

a. Partner with mobile/web engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.

n

b. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure reliability and observability.

n

c. Participate in sprint planning, system design, and code reviews.

n

n




Quality & Best Practices

n

a. Build unit, integration, and performance tests for services.

n

b. Ensure CI/CD pipelines are integrated with automated quality gates.

n

c. Drive technical excellence through design reviews and documentation.

n

What You Will Need

n
4–6 years of backend development experience.

n
Solid proficiency in Go, Ruby and Java.

n
Experience with distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, and event queues.

n
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.

n
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

n

Nice to Have

n
Experience in fintech, payments, or transaction-heavy systems.

n
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

n
Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
