Senior Business Development Executive

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across the Prompt Group's diverse industrial portfolio. This role involves spearheading business development for our key divisions: Prompt Dairy Tech (dairy automation and equipment), Prompt Weigh Pack (industrial weighing and packaging systems), Prompt Software Solutions, and Prompt Innovations (sustainable chilling solutions). You will lead complex sales cycles, engage with senior decision-makers in the dairy, manufacturing, and food processing sectors, and close strategic deals for capital equipment and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities




Business Development & Pipeline Management - Identify and develop recent business prospects within enterprise accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions.
Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and project handover.
Track competitor positioning and market trends in the dairy, non-dairy, and industrial automation space.

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
