Role & responsibilities
Minimum 4+ years of relevant recruitment experience.
Recruit highly qualified external candidates for full time skilled and managerial positions within the company
Partner with hiring managers to understand position specifications and Qualifications
Play a lead role in the development of and / or develops and implements recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner.
Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties
Partners with hiring managers to negotiate salaries and compensation packages
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring, preferably within the Manufacturing/Engineering sector.
