We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Operations Consultant to join our team at ZS Associates {India} Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute operational processes.
Provide expert advice on strategic planning and execution to senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the success of projects and initiatives.




Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of strategies.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in strategy and operations consulting, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and prioritize multiple tasks.
Solid attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
Experience working with data analysis tools and software is an asset.
