Job Summary:

Responsible for developing creative visual concepts and high-quality designs for advertising campaigns, branding, digital media, social media, print, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and visual designs for advertising campaigns.
Design social media creatives, digital ads, banners, brochures, posters, hoardings, and marketing collaterals.
Work closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Marketing, and Account teams.
Create campaign key visuals and maintain consistent brand identity.
Develop designs for print, digital, outdoor, and online advertising platforms.
Retouch and manipulate images as required.
Prepare artwork according to printing and digital specifications.
Present creative concepts and design options to clients/internal teams.
Handle multiple projects and deliver designs within deadlines.
Review and improve creative work based on feedback.
Guide and mentor junior graphic designers.
Stay updated with current advertising, branding, design, and social media trends.

Skills Required:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Robust understanding of typography, layout, color, composition,



and branding.
Excellent creative and conceptualization skills.
Knowledge of digital advertising formats and social media design.
Strong image editing and photo-retouching skills.
Good understanding of print production and pre-press requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Solid communication and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in graphic design/advertising.
Solid portfolio showcasing advertising and campaign design work required.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in advertising agencies, creative agencies, digital marketing agencies, media companies, or branding studios.
Experience handling 360° advertising campaigns, brand identity, digital campaigns, and outdoor advertising is an added advantage.
Experience managing client-based projects and creative teams preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
