As an accounting qualified, you will be expected to:
· Developing and implementing strategies to improve the client experience, such as by identifying prospects to enhance services or by implementing current processes or technologies.
· Leading and managing a team of client accounting service professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
· Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the client experience and the overall performance of the client service team.
