Role & responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day jewellery store operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their requirements, preferences, and budget.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure proper display, presentation, and cleanliness of jewellery products.
Monitor stock movement, inventory, and jewellery security as per company policies.
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor sales conversion, average bill value, and individual sales performance.
Ensure proper billing, documentation, and adherence to store procedures.




Support the team in follow-ups with customers and generate repeat business.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security standards, and audit requirements.
Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching to improve sales performance.

Solid sales and team-handling skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer relationship management

Positive knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
