Job Role: Expert Support Executive

Harito is looking for a result-oriented and high-ownership professional to join our Expert Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, knows how to convince people, follows up relentlessly, and is focused on achieving measurable results.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Identify and connect with Caregivers and other healthcare professionals
Drive partner acquisition through calls and other channels
Explain Harito’s prospect and onboard suitable professionals
Manage follow-ups and convert leads into active partners
Maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists
Achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets
Build and strengthen Harito’s healthcare professional network across Bengaluru

Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling,



Call Centre, Recruitment, Sales, Partner Acquisition or similar roles
Solid communication and convincing skills
Highly target-oriented and result-driven
Comfortable with high-volume calling and consistent follow-ups
Strong ownership and ability to work independently
Good relationship-building and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Language Advantage Knowledge of any of the following will be a strong plus: Kannada | Tamil | Telugu | English
