Lesson Planning: Design daily, weekly, and term-wise lesson plans aligned with curriculum frameworks (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, IB).
Classroom Teaching: Deliver interactive lessons using various teaching aids, digital tools, and practical activities to accommodate different learning styles.
Resource Creation: Develop worksheets, teaching materials, and projects to reinforce classroom learning.
Student Assessment &
Reporting
Evaluation: Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate academic progress.
Feedback:



Provide constructive verbal and written feedback to help students improve.
Grading: Maintain accurate, up-to-date academic records and prepare report cards.
Classroom &
Behaviour Management
Setting: Maintain a disciplined, respectful, and secure classroom atmosphere.
Mentorship: Address behavioural issues constructively and counsel students on personal or academic challenges.
Parent &
Stakeholder Communication
PTMs: Conduct Parent-Teacher Meetings to update parents on student performance and behaviour.
Collaboration: Work alongside school administration, coordinators, and fellow teachers to plan school events and inter-school competitions.
