Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead – Accounts Receivable to manage a team handling Voice and Chat-based AR operations for a US client.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day team operations.
Handle Accounts Receivable and collections activities.
Monitor team productivity, quality, and SLA/KPI performance.
Support the team in resolving customer and process-related issues.
Handle escalations and coordinate with clients/internal teams.
Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance discussions.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports.
Ensure process and quality guidelines are followed.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections / O2C.
Team Lead or SME experience preferred.
Experience in Voice/Chat/Email process.
US client/process experience preferred.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust team management and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in Night/US shifts.
