Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and assigned leads through calls and follow-ups.

Understand students' and parents' requirements and convert leads into paid enrollments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and test packages.

Conduct effective product/course presentations and demonstrations.

Follow up with prospective customers until successful conversion.

Handle objections, negotiate appropriately, and close sales.

Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.

Build solid relationships with students, parents, and institutional clients.

Identify prospects to increase enrollments and revenue.

Requirements

Proven experience in education sales, EdTech,



admissions, or counselling sales.

Robust calling, lead-conversion, persuasion, and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

Ability to handle high-volume leads and consistently deliver conversions.

Candidates with demonstrated enrollment/revenue achievement will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
