What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in Premium/Luxury Retail Management
Robust expertise in Customer Relationship Management & Clienteling
Proven ability to drive high sales, manage KPIs, and run tight operations
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Stellar communication and stakeholder management abilities
