Job Title: Telecaller / Telecalling Executive

Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on interview and experience)

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling, email communication, online data extraction, and maintaining data using MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Make and handle calls with clients/customers.
Communicate with potential clients through calls and emails.
Perform online data extraction from various sources.
Maintain and update data accurately in MS Excel.
Prepare and maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information.
Follow up with clients and provide necessary information.




Perform other day-to-day telecalling and data-related tasks as required.

Mandatory Skills Candidates must have knowledge/experience in all of the following:
Online Data Extraction – Mandatory
MS Excel – Mandatory
Calling / Telecalling – Mandatory
Email Communication – Mandatory

Requirements
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Positive internet and computer skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Valuable typing and data-handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
