Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward movement of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure compliance with company store procedures and safety standards.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
Verify materials received against purchase orders and invoices.
Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely material replenishment.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports.
Coordinate with Purchase, Project, Accounts, and Site teams.
Responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and timely availability of materials at the project site.
