Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of Raw Material, General and Finished Goods Stores.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, storage and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels and ERP entries.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO, batch/lot traceability and material identification.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QC, Sales and Dispatch for material movement and requirements.
Monitor stock levels and highlight shortages, excess, slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Ensure timely issue of raw materials against production requirements and proper return of unused materials.
Manage Finished Goods storage, identification, stock records and dispatch coordination.
Conduct and coordinate periodic physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, storage practices and 5S within all stores.
Maintain stores-related documentation and support ISO audits and compliance requirements.

Positive Computer proficiency

Gujarati, English, Hindi.
