Roles and Responsibilities :
Recruit for India, Dubai and Singapore market Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
Lead a team of recruiters to ensure productive processing of candidate applications, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria.
Analyze metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize processes accordingly.
Job Requirements :
Rich xperience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment).
Proven leadership hiring experience with ability to manage a team effectively.
Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.
