Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in international recruitment, particularly US hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for US-based positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for US-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and client expectations.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.




Maintain accurate recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems.
Meet defined recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards.
Stay updated on US recruitment trends, hiring practices, and market conditions.

Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in International Recruitment, with robust exposure to US Hiring.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines.
Solid negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in international recruitment, with strong experience in US hiring. Candidates should have hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
