Manage 150+ quarterly renewal transactions from quote to PO.
Engage with global customers to ensure timely renewals.
Log and track all interactions in Salesforce with accuracy.
Understand and communicate Flexera product support plans.
Role Responsibilities :
Respond to customer queries within one business day.
Handle objections and ensure renewal conversion.
Meet service level and SLA expectations.
Support EMEA or NA hours as required.
