Responsibilities: Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. Supervise and guide store staff. Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Monitor sales, purchases, and inventory records.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and issuing of materials/products. Check stock regularly and minimize losses, damage, and wastage. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and sales reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing, accounts, and management. Handle customer concerns and ensure valuable customer service. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements: Previous experience in store/retail management. Positive communication and leadership skills. Basic computer and inventory-management knowledge. Ability to manage staff and work under pressure. Valuable organizational and problem-solving skills.
