Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles, primarily Sales Profiles.
Manage sales hiring across field sales, GT/MT, ASM, Sales Executive, Area Manager, etc.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer negotiation, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring pipelines.

Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Sales Hiring.
FMCG recruitment experience preferred.
Robust sourcing experience through Naukri/LinkedIn and other portals.
Valuable communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with ability to handle multiple positions and quick closures.
Candidates currently based in or comfortable working from Gurgaon preferred.
