Preferred candidate profile for the DRA-certified customer service associates, fluent in Assamese in Kolkata:
Bachelor s degree
DRA certification
Excellent Assamese and English communication skills.
Should be willing to work in rotational shift.
Should be willing to work in the office
Candidates who are pursuing their graduation from distance learning too can apply but ensure that examinations are after 06 months from the date of joining.
