Role Description

This is a full time in office role for a Store Manager located in Brahmapur.

The Store

Manager will oversee daily operations of the store, ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and prevent retail loss. The role involves coordinating with the team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the store meets sales targets and operational goals.

Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work in office in Brahmapur
Previous experience in the retail or paint industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
