Key Responsibilities – Store Manager
Achieve store sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Manage daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
Lead, motivate and train the retail sales team.
Monitor KPIs such as Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion and Footfall.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment and shrinkage control.
Maintain brand standards, store presentation and visual merchandising.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and store performance reports.
Ensure smooth cash handling, billing and store administration.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
