Store Manager Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Lead and supervise store staff, including attendance and shift planning.
Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and expiry.
Ensure high picking, packing, and order accuracy.
Track store KPIs such as order volume, SLA, productivity, and shrinkage.
Maintain store hygiene, safety, and process compliance.
Handle customer/order-related issues and coordinate with delivery teams.
