We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – USA/ CANADA Staffing to manage day-to-day recruitment activities, lead a team of recruiters, manage clients, and drive recruitment delivery with quick turn-around times.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve business targets.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle RPO and Direct staffing requirements with quick turnaround time.
Manage client relationships and understand their staffing requirements.
Ensure quick TAT on new requirements and timely submission of qualified candidates.
Manage Bench Sales activities and consultant marketing.
Handle individual contribution (IC) responsibilities along with team management.
Track team performance, submissions, interviews, offers, and closures.
Coordinate with clients, candidates, recruiters, and internal teams.
Ensure recruiters follow proper staffing processes and delivery standards.
Understand common USA/ Canada tax terms, Immigration, Work authorizations and hire types.
Monitor daily operations, productivity, and recruitment metrics.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency.




Support business growth through strong client relationships and delivery.

Required Skills:
Min 9 years of strong experience in IT Staffing and Recruitment.
Experience in Team Management and Operations.
Robust knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment, RPO, and Bench Sales.
Thorough understanding of USA/ Canada Tax Terms, Work Types and Immigration.
Strong Client Management and communication skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with quick TAT requirements.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to contribute individually while effectively managing the team.

Note: Only relevant profiles matching the above criteria will be considered. Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
