Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to achieve assigned targets.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Ensure work is completed within the required timelines and quality standards.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and individual/team performance.
Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain effective communication within the team and with management.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Handle team-related concerns and resolve conflicts professionally.

Qualification & Experience
Any Graduate / Diploma or relevant qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years in a Team Leader/Supervisor role preferred.
Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹489,556.38 - ₹1,725,449.21 per year
