– Team Leader (Website Sales)

Location: Saltlake , Sector V

Shift: US Shift

Experience: 3+ years in sales, preferably website/web solutions sales

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
Drive sales of website design, development, and related digital solutions.
Handle team performance, coaching, and daily sales activities.
Monitor leads, conversions, revenue, and individual/team KPIs.
Assist the team in client negotiations and closing high-value deals.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive sales experience.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales, with team-handling experience preferred.
Experience in website, web development, digital marketing,



or IT sales is an advantage.
Robust communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in the US shift.
Target-oriented with a robust focus on achieving revenue goals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
