We are looking for a Senior PMO / Technical Project Manager with 15+ years of experience and robust Capital Markets domain expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Lead and manage cross-functional technology teams.
Drive PMO, project governance, planning, risks, issues, and stakeholder management.
Work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Provide leadership, direction, and clear project communication.
Leverage strong technical understanding to drive technology projects.
Look for growth opportunities and help drive expansion

Requirements
15+ years of overall IT experience, preferably in a Java setting
8+ years of Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience in areas like Equities, Derivatives, or Fixed Income
Proven PMO and technical project management background.
Excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage complex projects independently.

Nice to Have: Experience leveraging AI to improve development or support outcomes
